About Us
In June 2000, Kai Fu Property was founded on the vibrant land of Hong Kong. From a local enterprise, it has grown into a professional property management company specializing in public housing. For over 20 years, we have grown together with the city, standing alongside countless grassroots families to create safe, clean, and comfortable living environments.
In August 2022, Kai Fu Property was fully acquired by China Travel Group, marking the beginning of a new chapter. As part of the China Travel Services development group, we now benefit from stronger resource support and the introduction of top-tier mainland technology experts, accelerating the development of intelligent property management. This enables us to deliver more efficient management and more attentive services, providing residents with smarter and more convenient living experiences.
Our footprint spans 19 estates, including 53,831 public housing units, 3,595 subsidized home ownership flats, 721 transitional housing units, and over 10,700 units served by independent security services—providing professional management and thoughtful community care to nearly 200,000 residents across Hong Kong.
Every day, our team of over 2,000 staff work tirelessly from dawn to dusk to ensure the smooth operation of each neighborhood, enabling every household to enjoy a safe and worry-free living environment.

Mr. Alfred Tse
Mr. Alfred Tse currently serves as the General Manager of Ka Fu Property Services Limited and WilsonServices Limited, overseeing the comprehensive strategic planning and daily operations of both companies. With over 30 years of deep-rooted expertise in the security and integrated facilities services industry, including nearly two decades in senior management roles at large enterprises, he has cultivated profound industry insights and hands-on experience. His leadership has driven significant achievements in human resource strategy, talent development, corporate culture cultivation, and business expansion.
Guided by his nuanced understanding of the service sector, unwavering commitment to human capital, and sharp acumen for business growth, Mr. Tse continues to spearhead breakthroughs in service quality enhancement, digital transformation, and team efficiency optimization. Moving forward, he will lead his teams to further integrate resources and strengthen synergies, striving to elevate Ka Fu Property and Wilson into industry-leading benchmarks for integrated lifestyle services.
